Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to Karavan memberships, assessments, lab-related services, corporate programs, discounts, referral credits, and other paid services, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

1. General rule

Karavan memberships and services are generally non-refundable.

Karavan may issue a refund, credit, extension, substitution, or other adjustment at its own discretion. Approval of any refund or adjustment in one case does not create a right to the same treatment in another case.

Pro-rated refunds are generally not provided.

2. Memberships

Membership fees are generally paid in advance and are non-refundable once paid.

Karavan does not charge members by individual session. Missed sessions, non-attendance, late arrivals, or failure to use available services do not create a right to a refund, pro-rated refund, substitute session, or extension.

For membership tiers or programs that provide access only to specified sessions, Karavan will provide access to those specified sessions only. If a member does not attend, no substitution is guaranteed.

3. Membership pauses

Members may pause their membership for up to 30 days within one membership year.

There is no restriction on the reason for requesting a pause. Pauses are subject to Karavan's operational processing and membership records.

A pause is not a cash refund and does not convert unused membership time into money.

4. Assessments and lab services

Assessments, body composition scans, diagnostic tests, bloodwork, lab-related services, and similar assessment services are non-refundable once payment is made.

Karavan may collect payment from clients and pay lab partners in bulk. Because costs may be incurred with third-party partners, assessment and lab-related payments are not refundable after payment.

5. Corporate, workplace, school, and institutional programs

Refund and cancellation terms for corporate, workplace, school, institutional, and other partner programs may be determined case by case in the relevant written agreement, proposal, invoice, or arrangement.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, corporate and institutional programs are generally paid in advance and are non-refundable.

If Karavan is unable to provide an agreed on-site session, Karavan will provide a substitute session, credit, rescheduling option, or other suitable adjustment as determined by Karavan.

6. Discounts, referral credits, and promotional benefits

Discounts, referral credits, promotional benefits, complimentary services, and similar credits have no cash value.

They cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, transferred, or withdrawn as money.

Unused credits or promotional benefits will lapse if a membership lapses due to non-payment, expiry, cancellation, or termination.

7. Discretionary refunds

Where Karavan approves a refund at its discretion, the refund may be paid through any mode selected by Karavan.

Karavan may deduct charges, costs, expenses, third-party fees, lab charges, payment processing charges, taxes, administrative costs, or other amounts already incurred before issuing any approved refund.

The amount, timing, mode, and conditions of any discretionary refund will be determined by Karavan.

8. Non-payment, expiry, and termination

If a membership expires, lapses due to non-payment, or is terminated for breach of Karavan's terms, rules, safety requirements, conduct standards, or other applicable policies, unused services, credits, discounts, referral benefits, or promotional benefits may lapse without refund.

9. How to request a refund or adjustment

To request a refund, pause, credit, extension, or other adjustment, please email info@karavan.com.pk. Karavan will review requests according to this Refund Policy, the applicable membership or program terms, and the facts of the case.

10. Changes to this Refund Policy

Karavan may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The latest version will be posted on our website.
